CANCELLATION POLICY 

The customer can cancel the DIV Appraisal / Report before payment is made.

REFUND POLICY 

1.  I can NOT guarantee that the Insurance Company will pay the DIV Claim . 

2. The customer must have sent to Mr. Dee's DIV Report , D/C/ Hill Management , LLC  all requested documents. This also includes information for the Insurance company .i.e.. Insurance Company name / Claims Adjuster name. contact information .

3. If the DIV Claim is denied ,  the customer must show evidence that the customer asked to invoke the "Appraisal Rights  Clause of their policy " and evidence of filing 

with TDI ( Texas Department of Insurance ) 

4.  If you are offered a settlement that is less than our Appraisal / Report fee of $250.00 , then we will refund your fee.

5. You must own the vehicle ( or being financed in your name ) and the vehicle must have been repaired by a reputable Repair Facility.

 We will NOT issue a Refund if :

1. The vehicle had previous undisclosed damages. 

2. If the vehicle is a Leased vehicle .

3.  If the Insurance company  reimbursed you for the DIV Appraisal / DIV Report fee , then I can not 

offer a refund. 

4.  If you do not have the correct coverage for underinsured or unisinured part of your property policy.

5.  If the statue of limitations has run out .

6. If the vehicle is deemed a total loss , we will not issue a refund.

7.  If the Insurance company  files for bankruptcy  , we will not issue a refund.
