1.  You must have been involved in a NOT - at - FAULT accident .  The liabilty must have been determined ( by your Insurance Claims Adjuster and the

other  parties Claims Adjuster ) that you were NOT - at - FAULT .  OR if the accident was a HIT & RUN , then liabilty would be determined by your Insurance companie's Claim Adjuster.

( if you hit an animal or the incident was weather related and filed under Comprehensive coverage of your policy , then you would not be elgible for DIV ) 

2.  Contact me via email , text or call and see if you are eligible for DIV.

3.  Click on Submit for your DIV  Appraisal / Report .

4. I will  review the information and then I will contact you with the  amount of the DIV claim . If I cannot assist you , I will notify you at this time.

5. If you decide NOT to go forward , no problem , no DIV Appraisal Report will be sent . 

6. If you decide to go forward , then I will send you an invoice from my  Quickbooks account for $250.00 ( minus any discount codes) . After the payment is received  , I will send you  a copy of the DIV  Appraisal /  Report , assist with the Demand Letter.  Please see Refund Policy tab on this site .

7. After you authorize me to proceed , I will email the Claims Ajuster my DIV Appraisal  Report and cc you on the email , typically 6 to10  page report . 

8. I can also send you the DIV Report via USPS  and if needed a certified copy to the Claims Adjuster.

9. wait and see if the DIV Claim is approved.

10. If the Insurance company denies the DIV claim , we will re-group and strategize  a different path or make adjustments .
